We believe people can work out their differences together

We invite you to support our annual breakfast friend and fundraiser! On October 20th we will celebrate International Conflict Resolution Day and our 22nd anniversary.

Last year we had a full house… at 7:30 am! The quick paced program provided our guests with opportunities to network before starting their regularly scheduled day. Everyone was challenged to LISTEN, LEARN, TALK, AND ACT in a collaborative way.

During the program, our clients, trainees, mediators, and community partners shared their powerful stories of:

  • Listening profoundly to others’ point of view
  • Learning to expand their perspectives
  • Talking with greater care about their own needs and wishes
  • Acting in new, creative, collaborative, and productive ways

YOUR SPONSORSHIP is needed this year!

The Center for Dialog & Resolution wants to continue to meet the needs of the community by providing a full range of mediation services and to train the mediators to facilitate them. The Center wants to continue offering customized workshops to the broader community. Among many other benefits, these efforts actively prevent a significant number of civil cases from being channeled through the courts.

This year the Center For Dialog & Resolution:

  • Maintains a professionally trained mediator corps of 150 dedicated individuals
  • Trains over 1,000 community members in conflict resolution skills
  • Offers 14 Continuing Education opportunities
  • Certifies 30 mediators from our community
  • Delivers up to 240 Family Mediations
  • Facilitates up to 600 District Court Mediations
  • Delivers up to 120 Foreclosure Mediations
  • Provides Mediations and Conflict Coaching in the workplace
  • Consulting services to 10 organizations; including Educational, Financial, Government, and Stakeholder

We continue to emphasize our new name and logo. We listened to our community. We learned how the word “dispute” does not describe the services we offer. We are proud to help people reach agreements through “Dialog & Resolution”.

Thank you for celebrating with us on October 20, 2016!
