This 16-hour workshop explores typical workplace issues and is designed especially for managers and supervisors. Learn skills to positively address situations like: personnel issues, gossip, bad behavior, rumors, power dynamics, and managing emotions. We also explore office power dynamics, workplace culture, effective communication techniques, conflict styles & strategies, and intergenerational communication.
