Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?
A: I value communication and collaboration. The Center for Dialog & Resolution empowers myself and others in the community to practice those skills on a daily basis.
Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &
Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?
A: Our services provide a space for individuals and groups to express their needs and values when they might otherwise feel stuck. While there is an immediate relief that comes from our services, clients often find there are long-term benefits for their mental health and communication within relationships.
Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
A: If I were an animal, I would be a penguin because they are loyal, resilient, and value communication as a collective
