Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Board Member?
A: The mission. Bringing people together to resolve differences peacefully is very appealing. Also, training organizations to avoid conflict in the first place, but also how best to deal with conflict when it does come, is rewarding.
Q: How do you think our organization impacts the community?
A: We definitely take a great deal of pressure off state and local governments. Again, helping people and organizations to resolve conflicts peacefully brightens up our community on a daily basis.
Q: What book or movie do you recommend?
A: “Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens
