A: I love working at a place dedicated to helping people resolve conflicts in their lives. I love working at a place who treat their employees with respect and show empathy.
Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &
Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?
A: It gives the community tools to handle all types of conflicts people face every day. It allows
people in conflict to take responsibility for the resolution to their dispute and control the outcome.
Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
A: I would be a bird to fly freely and land wherever I wanted to.
