Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?
A: The Center creates space to transform polarized disputes into opportunities to understand the other and come to an agreement. I feel privileged to see this work being done every day.
Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &
Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?
A: We believe all people in conflict have the capacity to resolve their conflicts. We train people to learn how to create the space for respect for self determination, impartiality and competence.
Q: What is your favorite way to spend your free time?
A: Walking in nature and taking photographs with my partner
Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
A: Honey bee: work collectively to create the energy from flowers for sustaining life. Also because AJMAC is my nahual in the Mayan Calendar.
