Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?

A: After volunteering for many years an opportunity came up for me to work at the Center. My commitment to mediation and the collaboration at CDR keeps me here. We change lives daily, including our own.

Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &

Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?

A: Mediation offers solutions to difficult circumstances and challenges, offering hope, modeling understanding, compassion and active listening. By learning to listen we can be our best selves in all of our interactions.

Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?

A: I would be a llama. Llamas protect the smaller animals in the flock, give luxurious fiber to humans and seem to have gentle spirits.
