Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Board Member?

A: I am inspired to be a CDR board member because I see and believe in the mission of having passionate individuals dedicated to fostering understanding, helping people resolve conflicts, and creating peaceful resolutions. Helping individuals, families and members of our community navigate disputes and build stronger relationships through mediation, facilitation, and communication training is a value that I think can be everlasting and that’s exciting to be a part of. Resolving conflicts constructively should be a value we all have and hold.

Q: How do you think our organization impacts the community?

A:  By giving our community members the tools and skills to talk about differences safely, thoughtfully and honestly, we are helping people with lifelong skills that will last into the future is something I cherish.

Q: What movie or book do you recommend?

A:  I am not a big movie or book person. I do like, however, the new Dune movies and the books the movies are based upon.
