Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?
A: I’m inspired by making an impact on my community. Growing up in Pierce County/Tacoma has allowed me to understand the problems many communities face when it comes to housing, relationships, and resolving conflicts overall. Working for the Center allows me to bring positive resolution to the many common problems that are left ignored or unanswered.
Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &
Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?
A: Mediation is a great tool for PC! It allows the power to stay in the people’s hands when making decisions instead of a judge or court. Group facilitation and training are also great because they bring those same solutions to the local businesses, school districts and organizations that we attend or interact with in the city.
Q: If you were an animal, what would you be and why?
A: I would be a falcon or another predatory type bird!
