Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?
A: The privilege to be able to serve the community with a meaningful work mission gets me up every morning. The honor to do it with and learn from amazing human beings is a constant source of strength and inspiration.
Q: How does mediation, group facilitation, and training at the Center for Dialog &
Resolution help people in Pierce County and beyond?
A: Our services in its core are actually a call to be genuinely good human beings in our transactional and relational conversations with kind intent to co-exist with one another. Unfortunately, while this is a fundamental expectation, the reality is we live in a conflict-filled world. To be able to remind people that conflict does exist and can be handled with both fairness and compassion is our very own version of making the world a better place.
Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?
A: I've always seen myself as an ant - a mere speck of dust in this vast Universe... yet strong and mighty driven by a purposeful life.
