Q: What inspires you to be a Center for Dialog & Resolution Team Member?

A: There are two reasons that inspire me to be a CDR team member and one is the community. The

community need for mediation inspires me to continue assisting in providing this service. The second reason is the staff I work with at the Center for Dialog and Resolution. The staff inspire me to work harder for the community and become a better me.

Q: What is your favorite way to spend your free time?

A: My favorite way to spend my free time is with family. Either eating and watching a good movie or out somewhere eating and enjoying each others company.

Q: If you were an animal, which one would you be and why?

A: If I was an animal, I would want to be a Turtle. I love the ocean and so I get to swim anywhere in the world and go at my own slow pace.
